How to claim your daycare listing
Is it free to claim your daycare listing?
Yes. Claiming your listing is free. Also, once we confirm it is you, you get an owner account for your center.
How do you confirm that it is me?
First, you send your details. Then we confirm that you run the center, usually with a call to the phone number Florida DCF has on file. However, if DCF has no phone number for your center, we confirm it another way.
What happens after I send my claim?
First, we email you to confirm we received it. Then we review your claim. When we approve it, we email you a link to set a password for your owner account.
What if someone else already claimed my center?
The search shows "Already claimed" next to that center. If it is your center, use the Contact us button. Then we will look into it.
What if I cannot find my center?
Search by center name, city, ZIP code or DCF license number. If your center is still not listed, add it. Then we will verify it before it goes live.
